Hi Everyone,
The Duopoly grew another head today whe=
n it added that of Senator John Edwards to its political Hydra. Edwards is =
another multimillionaire member of the American aristocracy and is represen=
tative of the corporate elite, who plans to keep us in Iraq for the next fi=
fty years, continue the bombing of Afghanistan and continue support for the=
Zionist policy of apartheid towards the Palestinians. Here at home the Du=
opoly plans to continue its support for the health care insurance companies=
and to provide more tax relief to the beleaguered wealthy Americans throu=
gh corporate welfare.
This is why a Kerry presidency is so frightening =
to Progressives. If Bush becomes the Duopoly president because a sufficien=
t number of Progressives refuse to vote for him, a revolution in the Democr=
atic Party will occur. The DLC will be ousted and we will have a liberal D=
emocratic president in 2008. It is also highly likely that they will insti=
tute IRV at least within their own party if not at the national level. But =
the Dummycraps prefer to sacrifice the long run on the altar of the short R=
ather than lose their position in the Duopoly.
If Korporate Kerry becomes=
the Duopoly president and serves eight years, he will be followed either b=
y the right-wing John Edwards or another reactionary Republican like GW Bus=
h. In either case, sixteen more years of corporate conservativism will end=
our democracy.
If Korporate Kerry is elected it will be a reverse pheno=
menon of the election of Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1932. When Roosevelt=
was elected it ushered in sixty years of liberalism in the Democratic Part=
y ending with the right-wing Bill Clinton. If Kerry becomes president we c=
an look forward to the Democratic Party disappearing completely as an oppos=
ition party while America mires in the cesspool of corporate fascism. This=
time it may last much longer than sixty years. This time it may not end a=
t all. With all of our might we must resist this eventuality. It is absol=
utely critical that every Progressive vote for Ralph Nader.
