Attachments no longer allowed

Hi all,

I've changed the settings on this list so that attachments will be 
discarded. That's the only way viruses can be sent along (in an 
attachment), so we won't have to worry about another virus. In 
general, don't ever open attachments from people you don't know -- 
and don't open attachments from your friends unless you know what the 
person is sending you.

Now that this list has gotten your attention, contact your state 
representatives and/or your city representatives and ask them to 
support instant runoff voting or proportional representation. They 
work for you.
