The high sigma pictures were rendered using 1200 voters, the low sigma ones using 200 voters. It appears that, as sigma approaches zero, the PR method outcomes approach the majoritarian outcomes. This is not so surprising in hindsight, since if the standard deviation is small, nearly everybody votes the same way, and so the "majoritarian" outcome is close to consensus.
